Pierogi Preview

Hello friends!

Sorry if I caused any undue hunger, desire and/or cravings yesterday as a result of my Krispy Kreme post.  Sometimes I forget that with blogging comes great responsibility.  ;-)

I've been a busy, busy girl today.

As much as I love eating homemade pierogies and watching others enjoy them as well (and I really do), they are so goshdarned time consuming! As I type this I'm waiting for my second batch of dough to finish resting in the fridge.  Then I'll get back to work.

Here's just a sampling of what I've been working on today...

I can hardly wait to boil these babies up on Sunday!

Here's the rest of my cooking projects for tomorrow.  What do you think?

Hope everyone's having a great evening!

This post is for my Company Girls as well - I'm sorry I've been absent, I usually like to visit as many people as I can, but the past two weeks have been tough.  Whenever I get a minute I promise to check in!

I have a daughter-in-law who has polish/ukraniun background and loves it when I serve peroghies...but I'm afraid I just get the frozen kind from the grocery store! They certainly are a lot of work to do from scratch! A Happy Easter to you and your family.

I don't know if I've ever had a pierogie. I'm impressed you're making them! I seem to be in a cooking/baking rut right now, but maybe I'll pick up some inspiriation from you!

I haven't had a pergogi in a long time. I would to cook all food myself but it does take a long time for some food to prepare, and then I scraf it down in mere seconds. I'm sure they were delicious!

Boo! I lost my comment. Anyhow, I haven't had a pierogi in a long time. I would love to cook or bake everything myself but it takes so long, and I scarf it down in mere seconds. I'm sure they were delicious.

I'm writing for you. I'm speaking to you.

So I would like to hear from you in return. Did that story make you laugh, or think? Does that recipe look good? Do you relate to me or totally disagree?

Let me hear what YOU think!
